Payment Policy
1. We support Visa, Mastercard, AE, JCB, DinersClub, Discover, and Debit card checkout.
If payment fails on the checkout page, see if the following methods can solve it: (if applicable)
1.1 The payer cannot be authenticated: 3DS verification failed
1.2 The bill street length must be 1-120: Please shorten your address
1.3 If the withdrawal amount exceeds the limit, please deposit enough
1.4 Insufficient funds/exceed credit limit: Please deposit enough funds in the card
1.5 Suspected of fraud, please use your card correctly
1.6 Is there a high risk of rejection:
1) The number of transactions per day for the same card cannot exceed three
2) The number of transactions per day for the same card cannot exceed three within 23 hours
3) The number of transactions per day for the same email cannot exceed three
4) The number of transactions per day for the same IP address cannot exceed three
The credit card limit is US$1,000. If the order amount exceeds this, please divide it into two orders.

2. Bank transfer:
We support global bank transfers.
3. About refunds:
If you are applying for a refund on a canceled order, you can modify the order or change the delivery address before 11:00 pm (PDT -7 GMT) on the day of the order. Please contact [email protected] to apply for changes. Cancelled order funds will be refunded by the original route.
However, once the product is shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order, refund or change the address.
If you have received the goods and need to apply for a return refund, please contact [email protected] to apply for a return. We will provide the return address, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and provide the logistics order number. After we receive the return confirmation, we will assist you in processing the refund request according to our refund policy.
For return refunds, we will initiate a refund within 1-3 business days. The customer’s refund is determined by the payment company’s Payment Policy.
