About Returns
Unused products received: We have a 7-day return policy, you can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Used products: No returns. Our products must ensure that every customer receives a brand-new product. I hope you can understand! Please supervise each other.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address. After you return the product, you will provide our customer service with a logistics tracking number (the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost). After we receive the goods, we will inspect the product and cooperate with you to refund. Goods sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
After the return is confirmed, regarding any refund, we will initiate a refund within 1-3 business days. The customer’s refund is determined by the payment company’s policy.
Damaged Package
Please check whether the package is intact upon receipt. If the item is defective, or damaged or you received the wrong package, please refuse to sign for the package or report the local logistics and contact us immediately to send us a damage report of the local logistics so that we can evaluate the problem and apply for a solution to our local logistics
Defective Items
If any item is defective, such as the taste is wrong, does not work or the item is wrong, please take a video of each item so that our quality control staff can check and apply for a solution for you (the video must show the problem point and complete the whole process)
Customs Policy
For some countries and regions where imports are prohibited by law or local policy, please place orders with caution. If the goods are confiscated by customs due to local laws and policies, we will not be responsible. Please make sure you can import e-cigarettes. If you are not sure whether it is legal to buy in your country, please contact us. We have rich experience.
About Refunds
If you need to apply for a refund for canceling an order, you can modify the order or change the delivery address before 11:00 pm (PDT -7 GMT) on the day of placing the order. Please contact [email protected] to request a change. The order amount will be automatically refunded.
However, once the product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order, refund or change the address.
If you have received the product and need to apply for a return refund, please contact [email protected] to apply for a return. We will provide the return address, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and provide the logistics order number. Once we receive the return confirmation, we will assist you in processing the refund request according to our refund policy.
For return refunds, we will initiate the refund within 1-3 business days. Customers’ refunds are determined by the payment company’s policy.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to be credited.
